Oli helppoa tulla viimeisenä Santorinin iltana majapaikasta muutamalla kymmenellä askeleella Osmoon. Erittäin ystävällinen vastaanotto ja ruokalistan avaaminen asiakkaille. Hyvät suositukset. Alkupalaksi tzatzikia ja pitaleipää, pääruoaksi kalaa. Juomaksi valitsimme talon valkoviinin, joista on erinäisiä kokemuksia, mutta tämä valinta kannatti. Talon emäntä (?) Katerina (?) kieltäytyi ensin antamasta tzatzikin reseptiä, mutta paljasti kuitenkin tekoprosessista sen verran, että kotona tulemme  kokeilemaan. Siinä sivussa tuli melkein perhekuulumiset vaihdettua. Kaupantekijäisiksi tarjotut ouzot liukenivat sulavasti kylläisten asiakkaiden pötseihin. Vahva suositus, ellei ole hirveää kiirettä ja arvostaa aterioita tarinoiden kera.

Olemme todella iloisia, että valitsitte Osmon viimeisenä iltananne Santorinilla ja että vierailustanne jäi näin hyvä muisto. Oli ilo kuulla, että piditte lämpimästä vastaanotosta, ruokalistan esittelystä, suosituksistamme sekä tzatzikista, pitaleivästä, kalasta ja talon valkoviinistä. Erityisesti hymyilytti tarinanne Katerinasta ja tzatzikin “salaisesta” valmistustavasta! Meille vieraanvaraisuus tarkoittaa juuri tällaista kohtaamista: hyvää ruokaa, keskustelua, tarinoita ja sitä, että vieras tuntee olonsa enemmän ystäväksi kuin asiakkaaksi. Ja tietenkin olemme iloisia, että ouzo maistui aterian päätteeksi! Kiitos sydämellisesti vahvasta suosituksestanne. Toivomme, että palaatte vielä joskus Santorinille — ja silloin jatkamme mielellämme siitä, mihin jäimme, ehkä uusien tarinoiden ja uusien makujen äärellä. We visited the restaurant just before the sun went down. The view is different than from the west side, but stunning. The food was great at affordable prices. The owners were amazing and welcoming and left us with a big smile walking out of there. Can definently recommend

What a lovely place! The food was delicious and the owners truly want to make their customers happy. They take pride in what they do and you can tell by the quality of the food and the service. It's also cheaper than most places we have seen in Fira. Definitely recommend!
